Excess Sublease Office Space Means Opportunity


While majority of the sublease space are large blocks of 20K SF or more mostly coming larger corporate users, there are small spaces available in buildings in great locations like Las Colinas, Plano, and the Dallas core.

Thus if you're a growing firm particularly a startup that recently raised your series A and/or B round and will outgrown your space....this could be an opportunity to lease space in places your team is or wants to be while also saving money by getting into a plug and play space on a short term basis maintaining flexibility.

As for the these larger spaces, most of that space will eventually be absorbed by those businesses looking to make their initial entry into the DFW Metroplex due to the economic benefits of moving to Texas at the moment.
