Join Our Tenant Advisory Team

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and secure new and expanding business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building

  • Represent C-Level decision makers and business owners in the facilitation of their real estate requirements.

  • Coordinate and conduct on-site tours of properties with clients or prospects

  • Execute transactions by coordinating resources and materials, including listing/commission agreements, leases, proposals, and sales agreements

  • Maintain records of correspondence, complete market update reports, and client activity reports

  • Compile property specific data for clients, such as surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for tenant representative assignments

  • Perform Financial Analysis and Presentations 

  • Attend various client-related events, meetings, and presentations

  • Input and organize data in Hubspot, Mailchimp

  • Focus on becoming the expert in the market(s) – maintain knowledge of market conditions, property values, leasing rates, business activity, and legislation that may affect the market

  • Host Meetups, podcasts, webinars to provide market and expertise information

  • Assist with current client accounts

  • Assist in business development

  • Other duties may be assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Texas Real Estate License (Required) or Working toward real estate license in next 90 days

  • Previous Real Estate Experience (Preferred)

  • Must Have Excellent Written and Verbal Communication, Organizational, and Interpersonal Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe

  • Integrity

  • Team Oriented

  • Desires to Lead a Team and Forge Partnerships

 

COMPENSATION:

Full-time, Contract, 100% Commission

Join Our Net Lease Advisory Team

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in an aggressive business development plan to generate long-term relationships with new clients

  • Manage existing client relationships

  • Source and cold-call potential new clients through our internal databases and external sources.

  • Assist in all facets of the marketing and transaction cycle

  • Evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data

  • Abstract legal documents and client quantitative portfolio data as part of the due diligence process

  • Prepare offering memorandums and disposition proposals for clients

  • Contribute information to our internal shared database such as deal data, market trends, and contact with clients

  • Participate in client meetings and new business presentations as required

  • Contact and meet regularly with other real estate professionals including developers, investors, landlords and other brokers

  • Provide clients with industry and market specific information as it relates to their business and maintain contact information on prospects

  • Participate in brokerage team meetings and weekly sales meetings to update colleagues on activity, market information, new business generation efforts, prospects and market knowledge and trends

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Texas Real Estate License (Required) or Working toward real estate license in next 90 days

  • Previous Real Estate Experience (Preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in sales via cold-calling and proven record of accomplishment

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe
