A Dallas native, Jason Brown is the Managing Partner of ATENANTCO.

He has gained vast knowledge and experience through representing various entities including public and privately held REITs, developers, nonprofit organizations, municipalities, and high net worth individuals.
 

Jason’s role varies with each client, ranging from consulting to acquisition/dispositions across retail and office segments. He has underwritten over $1 billion in income producing assets nationwide.

He is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), North Texas Commercial Associations of REALTORS (NTCAR), The Real Estate Council
(TREC), Board of Directors of Dallas City Homes, and a fellow of D Magazine’s Leadership Academy.

A native Houstonian, Dominic Green is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at ATENANTCO. He has experience in commercial real estate leasing, site selections, lease & contract negotiations, valuations, and competitive analysis.

Dominic aides business owners with their real estate strategies and long term goals by conducting both a financial and investment analysis in addition to relevant market research in order for business owners to make informed decisions.

He prides his self in being invested in his clients business success and committed to their satisfaction.

Dominic is a former Graduate of University of Texas at Austin with a Degree in Economics, member of Metrotex Association of REALTORS, and Local Chambers of Commerce.

Dominic enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, artistry, and reading technology, science, business, and biography books.

Dr. Columbus serves as a Commercial Real Estate Tenant/ Buyer Representative at ATENANTCO .

A native of Fort Worth and advocate for Small to Medium sized businesses and owners,  Dr. Yolanda Columbus challenges the status quo in client representation as she prides herself in adding valuing that exceeds quantifiable measures.

Dr. Columbus takes an approach that leverages her expertise in data analytics, research, and strategy to solve her client's most critical commercial real estate needs in shortest amount of time with the least amount of inconvenience.

Dr.  Columbus is a graduate of Texas A&M University with Bachelors of Science in Applied Mathematics and Ph.D in Educational Psychology.

A native Detroiter, Freddie D. Harris serves as Director of Business Development at ATENANTCO.

As Director of Business Development Freddie leads in the development of new business opportunities that support ATENANTCO’s overall growth strategy. Identifying and developing strategic business relationships with companies and other potential customers is the key focus of Freddie’s role at ATENANTCO.

Freddie comes from a background in the financial and insurance services industry, so he takes a 360-degree view at potential deals to make sure clients are considering all aspects. Freddie’s leads with an entrepreneurial mindset allowing him to think outside the box to arrive at the best possible outcome.
